Lot 1391

1917-S Lincoln Cent. PCGS graded MS-64 Red and Brown. This one possesses the typical San Francisco weakness and is struck from worn dies. Rim crumbling is noted around the left obverse, and the peripheral lettering lacks crispness on the obverse. The reverse is better struck, with a fresher die apparently, and exhibits not weakness. Traces of an old fingerprint on the right obverse. Only a hint of toning on both sides, and highly desirable.
Estimated Value $150 - 175.

Realized $437
