1884. Pattern Cent. Judd-1722, Pollock-1930, Rarity-7, Aluminum, plain edge. . J-1722. NGC graded Proof 65. The center hole is an irregular ring, as always. Untoned surfaces and free of handling marks. A beauty of this rare pattern issue. The obverse is quite plain, with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA above and 1884 below, on the reverse, the base has an inverted shield, with two laurel sprigs, and ONE CENT above.
