Lady's Vintage Sapphire, Diamond, Platinum 3 Stone Ring. Centering one round sapphire, weighing approximately 1.00 carat, flanked on each side by one round European cut diamond, each weighing approximately .80 carat, each set in a basket style head, set on top of a platinum shank, the inside shank is marked Tiffa but with added sizing beads on the inside of the shank the any in the full Tiffany is missing, gross weight 3.60 grams. Note: the center sapphire appears not to be the original stone for the mounting.
