Lot 323
1793 S-6 R3 Wreath Cent, Vine & Bars Edge G6+. A couple points sharper with minor roughness in the fields and protected areas, all under attractive glossy chocolate brown toning. The highpoints are a lighter shade of steel brown. No verdigris, but there are two small pits at the fraction. The only contact marks are a few old, light scratches hidden under the toning in the field before the face and a few more under CENT. MDS. The "Sprung Die" wave in the field behind the portrait is clear. The date and legends are complete and easily readable.
