1788 Massachusetts Cent Ryder 12-M Rarity-4 F12. Variety with a stop following MASSACHUSETTS. Slightly sharper but there is a small punch mark over the eagle's head. Otherwise free of notable marks. Glossy dark greenish olive brown and steel with microscopic granularity under the natural patina. The date and legends are complete and clear. Weight 151.8 grains. Listed on page 59 in the "Redbook."
