MDS, Manley state 2.0, with clear die clashmarks at the base of RT in LIBERTY but no die cracks. The reverse is rotated 10 degrees CW from a normal head-to-foot orientation. Our grade is MS60. A beautiful example, tied for second finest known of this popular "Redbook" variety. Plated in the Breen encyclopedia on page 270 to illustrate his die state III and on page 61 of the second edition of the Cohen book to represent the die variety.
