Important Pair California & Florida Aldrin Award Documents. 1) A handsomely made document awarded by the California Legislature declaring Buzz Aldrin "Man of the Decade in Science" on 11 June 1990, enumerating, in the extensive citation, many of his historic accomplishments, including Lunar Module Pilot on Apollo XI. Nicely matted and framed to an overall size of 15.5" wide by 22.5 inches high. Excellent condition; ready for hanging or display. 2) An attractive Prolamation Document award from Florida's Dade County on the occasion of "Buzz Aldrin Day" on 22 March 1989. Size: 15" wide x 17" high and in excellent condition. Both unique items are ex-Buzz Aldrin collection of Apollo XI related awards. Estimated Value $250 - 300
