1819 N-4 R3 Close Stars VF35. Frosty chocolate and steel brown. Satiny flowline luster covers the protected areas, especially on the reverse. Nice eye appeal for the grade. The only defects are a dull rim nick at the E in AMERICA, a trace of microscopic roughness at the N in CENT, and a bit of similar roughness at the C in AMERICA. MDS. A decent example of this tough variety, at the lower end of the condition census. Estimated Value $500-UP
