1857 C-1 R2 F12 Counterstamped Brunk Y-23. Glossy olive brown and chocolate. Strongly and evenly stamped across the obverse with "YORK" within a depressed serrated rectangle. According to Brunk all the known examples of this stamp are on half cents of 1857. Estimated Value $50-UP
