1774 Machin's Mills Halfpenny Vlack 8-74A Rarity-4 F12. Several points sharper but covered with uniform extremely fine porosity. No verdigris or marks. Slightly glossy dark olive brown and chocolate. The date and legends are complete and clear. Not bad for the grade in spite of the imperfect surfaces. Listed on page 67 in the "Redbook." Weight 122.1 grains.
