Lot 399
1819 N-9 R1 MS60. Lustrous light bluish steel brown with traces of faded mint red showing on both sides. Would rate a slightly higher grade except for some spots at STAT, and the spot at the S shows traces of fine verdigris. LDS, a die state found in the Randall Hoard. The repunching over the R in AMERICA is weak but still visible.
