Severus Alexander, AD 222-235. AE Sestertius (19.7 g) minted at Rome, 13th emission, AD 231. Laureate bust of Alexander right with slight drapery on left shoulder. Reverse: Victoria (Victory) standing left holding a wreath in her outstretched hand and palm frond with the other. RIC 523; BMCRE 773. Reddish-brown patina with deeper red incrustation. Nearly Extremely Fine.
