Galba, AD 68-69. Bronze Sestertius (25.32g; 36mm), mint of Rome, AD 68. Laureate and draped bust of Galba facing right. Reverse: Roma helmeted and draped seated left on cuirass holding spear and resting arm on shield set at her side. RIC 241. Bold portraiture with full legends. Pleasing glossy chocolate brown patina. We note light smoothing in the fields. Bold Very Fine.
