Nero. 54-68. Bronze Sestertius (25.g). Lugdunum, ca. AD 65. Laureate head of Nero right, globe at point of bust. Reverse: Annona standing right, holding cornucopiae, facing Ceres seated left, holding grain-ears and torch; between them, garlanded altar on which a modius with grain ears; in background, stern of ship right. RIC 390; WCN 406; BMC 305; Cohen 6. Rare. Dark green patina, Some roughness on reverse and smoothing in the fields noted. Very Fine/Fine.
