1900 Lafayette Dollar. PCGS graded MS-64. Housed in an Old Green Holder. Light golden toning. A nice example of this one-year Silver Dollar Commemorative, the fields being frosted and lustrous, the designs boldly struck and well detailed. Substantial detail to the highpoints on this fine example includes full hair and wig on the conjoined portraits of George Washington (1732-99) and the Marquis de Lafayette (1757-1834) (PCGS # 9222) .
