1883-S Morgan Dollar. PCGS graded MS-63 PQ. A nice white coin. Most examples of this issue barely eke out a "60" rating when certified. Yet all the evidence from this piece shows that from tip to toe it is an untoned choice specimen with impressive mint brilliance over attractive surfaces. Among the rest of the characteristics, the coin displays clear-cut devices from having been giving a full strike by the dies (PCGS # 7148) .
