1899-S Morgan Dollar. PCGS graded MS-63. Well struck with semi-reflective surfaces. Lightly toned. Some have suggested that the semi-reflective (and full prooflike) coins are from new dies before the stamping process obliterates the die-polish and leave instead more traditional satin to frosty luster (PCGS # 7262) .
