1835 N-13 R4 Head of 1834 VF20. Ten points sharper with a scuff of fine scratches on the portrait, all blending nicely into the attractive glossy light chocolate brown toning. Frosty flowline luster shows in the protected areas on the reverse. EDS but not quite the earliest state. There is a tiny chip on the right base of the 5 but no lump under the 83. The obverse fields are hard and slightly reflective.
