Draped facing busts of Constans, with a long beard, and Constantine IV, each wearing a cross-topped crown, Constans' plumed; cross above between them. Reverse: Cross potent on three steps, flanked by Heraclius, wearing a cross-topped crown and holding a long cross, and Tiberius, wearing a cross-topped crown and holding a globus crucige; legend ends B; CONOB in exergue.
