Lucania, Thourioi. Silver Distater (15.42g) struck ca. 350-300 BC. Head of Athena right wearing crested Attic helmet adorned with Skylla throwing a stone. Reverse: Bull butting right; two fish swimming right in exergue. Noe J16 (same dies); HN Italy 1823; SNG Cop 1430. Attractive soft tone. Well struck and well centered, a crisp example. Extremely Fine.
