1802 S-228 R2 Error Fraction 1 over 000 VG10. Five points sharper with several dull nicks on the upper half of the reverse, the strongest nick a deep one on the O in ONE. Glossy olive brown and steel with lighter steel brown toning on the devices. E-MDS, Breen state II, with minor swelling at TES that weakens those letters. The date, legends, and error fraction are all clear.
