1798 S-147 R5- Large 8, Style I Hair G5. The obverse is very slightly nicer but the reverse is a bit weaker. Glossy light chocolate toning covers the devices while darker olive brown toning covers the protected areas. The planchet is mostly smooth but there are a couple tiny specks of verdigris on the obverse. Numerous tiny nicks are scattered over the obverse and a trail of dull nicks extends from EN in CENT to UN in UNITED. The date is complete and clear. The legends are complete except for weakness on the fraction and UNITED due to an uneven strike on the reverse.
