1796 S-103 R4+ Draped Bust with LIHERTY Error AG3+. The obverse is slightly better, the reverse a bit weaker. No corrosion or verdigris, but there are several fine, old scratches on the left side of the reverse, all blending perfectly into the dark chocolate and steel toning. EDS, Breen state I. The date is clear although the bottoms of the digits are starting to flow into the rim below, and the LIHERTY error is obvious (actually a B over an inverted B). About two-thirds of the reverse legend remains visible.
