1796 S-89 R3 Liberty Cap VG10. Sharpness VF25 with moderate granularity covering both sides. No marks or verdigris. Slightly glossy dark steel and olive brown with slightly lighter steel brown toning on the highpoints of the obverse. LDS, Breen state III. There is a tiny but clearly defined rim cud off the end of the pole in addition to the subtle bulges left of the date and right of the pole mentioned by Breen. The date and legends are complete and easily readable.
