1808 C-3 R1 F12. Rotated Reverse. Sharpness VF20 but there are several light scratches on the obverse, all hidden in the attractive glossy chocolate and lighter brown toning. Frosty light brown and tan toning dominates the protected areas on the reverse. LDS, Manley state 5.0. The reverse is rotated 30 degrees CW.
