1795 C-5a R3 Without Pole VG8. Attractive glossy light to medium chocolate brown. The only defects are some microscopic planchet voids in the field before the portrait and around AMERICA, all as struck. The date is strong and the legends are easily readable except where affected by the always-present bisecting die failure across the reverse. Weight 84.0 grains.
