1903. PCGS graded Proof 65+CAM PQ CAC Approved. Only 755 minted. Fully white. The surfaces are radiant and each side has a nice veneer of all-brilliant reflection that whips and tosses as light angles off the mirrors in different directions. In reference to the strike, now that the luster has been told, we see a meticulous strike on every device, including the forehead hair and all wing and shield detail.
