1884. NGC graded MS-66. Mostly untoned. A beaming gem rolling in unbeatable luster that emits strongly beneath very sharp highlights. Possessed of a much better-quality strike than is normally found for an 1884, only two stars show any weakness. Typical too is some mild rounding on one ear of corn in the wreath (the one at bottom left). The rest of the wreath is delightfully bold. Pop 24; 1 in 66 star; 1 in MS-67; 1 in 76 star.
