Judaea. Stirrup-jar. Sharon c. 1500 BC signed by M. Dayan. Dia: 5½". Cream color terra cotta with remnants of orange painted circular designs. Boldly signed and dated by Moshe Dayan, Israeli Defense Minister and hero of the Six-Day War (1967). Excellent condition, no chips or repairs.
