Jimmy Durante and Eddie Cantor. Three 1920s photos: 11 x 14 in. photo of Durante (1893-1980) as star of the vaudeville act Durante, Clayton, and Jackson; original pencil signature of photographer Herbert Mitchell at lower right. With an 8 x 10 in. photo of the "Schnozzola" with Lou Clayton and Eddie Jackson; the three performed as a vaudeville act during the mid 1920s. Signed in the plate at lower right by photograph Herbert Mitchell. Also, a 10 x 13¼ in. photo of Eddie Cantor (1892-1964) in his famous over-the-shoulder pose, with original signature of the photographer at lower right. Minor edge blemishes and one faint stain running from Cantor's lower lip to the top of his tie.
