Bert Lahr and Jack Haley (the Cowardly Lion and the Tin Man). Seven 8 x 10 in. negatives, three of Lahr and four of Haley, accompanied by a positive copy of each (a positive copy is basically a xerox copy made with the sole purpose of showing what the negative images look like; photographic prints can be made from the negatives). Bert Lahr (1895-1967) was an American actor and comedian who worked in burlesque, vaudeville, and on Broadway, but he is best remembered for his roles as the Cowardly Lion and Kansas farmworker Zeke in the 1939 film, The Wizard of Oz. Haley (1898-1979) was an American stage, radio, and film actor best known for his portrayal of the Tin Man and Kansas farmworker Hickory in The Wizard of Oz.
