"KIRKPATRICK & GAULT" EP-83, HB-162, S-115 5¢. Fr-EP-83. A second example of this variety, this piece possesses a glossy brown case that is original and problem-free. The mica is substantially clear, although some minor crazing is present. The stamp is slightly wrinkled but is almost perfectly centered and retains full brightness. An above average example overall. Extremely Fine.
