1795 S-77 R3 Plain Edge VG8. Clipped Planchet. Sharpness VF20 but covered with fine to moderate roughness. No marks or verdigris. Slightly glossy dark olive and steel. MDS with obvious swelling at ST in STATES and ME in AMERICA that weakens those letters. The date and remainder of the legends are complete and clear. A curved planchet clip affects the dentils above LIB and the opposing ones left of the fraction.
