1794 S-41 R3 VG10. Sharpness VF20 but the planchet is covered with uniform microscopic granularity and there is a dull dent on the cap that caused a bulge at the base of the E in UNITED. No verdigris or additional marks of any significance. Slightly glossy dark steel and olive brown. MDS, Breen state IV. The die crack at the A in STATES does not reach the wreath and minor swelling weakens ON and CEN. The date and remainder of the legends are complete and clear.
