Lot 130

1794 S-19a R5+ Fair-2. Head of 1793 with the Edge Device of 1793 (leaf points down). Blundered edge reading "ONE HUNDRED D FOR A DOLLAR." Smooth glossy chocolate brown. No defects, just lots of honest wear. The date is very weak. Only the tops of the 794 remain visible, and they are faint. The portrait (Head of 1793) is nearly complete and about a third of the reverse designs can be made out. The blundered edge device is complete and clear.
Estimated Value $200-UP.
