Miscellaneous, 1985, Deke Slayton Draft Letter to Art Buchwald, To those of you of a certain age, you will remember that Art Buchwald was a world-famous, humourist and Washington Post columnist. This lot consists of a handwritten, two-page, signed draft of a letter to Buchwald in which Deke discusses a Buchwald column "To the Moon, Uncle Sidney" and another "Farmer's Advice Comes Dirt Cheap". Deke writes complimentary about both columns. A copy of the final typed. letter he sent on Space Services letterhead is included.A great piece of Americana for any collection.
