STS-41, 1990, FLOWN "United States" and "Ulysses" Flags (each about 4x6", framed to 15.5x12.5") mounted on an unusual multicolor presentation sheet that reads, in part: "In recognition of contributions made to the Ulysses mission launched October 6, 1990 the National Aeronautics and Space Administration awards this United States flag and patch flown aboard STS-41 to Herbert Simon". There are NASA printed autographs below. Attractive and seldom available.
