STS-28, 1989, NASA Crew-Training Color photos on the KC-135, A lot of about 25 different NASA 8x10" color glossy photos (on Kodak paper). The enclosed "Stuckey" COA reads, in part: "Prior to the classified STS-28 US Department of Defense mission, the Shuttle Crew received training on photographic activities on the NASA KC-135 reduced gravity aircraft….I constructed the training props used on the KC-135 flight, and participated in the training exercise. Since the STS-28 was a classified mission, all activities prior to the flight, included training, was classified. The attached NASA photographs of the training exercise on the KC-135 were classified as SECRET until after the STS-28 Shuttle flight was completed, then the photographs were declassified. About half of the photographs show the crew training on the use of the equipment and the remaining photographs show the crew enjoying the reduced gravity environment". An interesting lot.
