Apollo 17, 1972, Crew Patch (4") An original Apollo 17 crew patch that comes with a 2006 Slayton COA that reads: "This is to certify that this Apollo XVII crew patch belonged to my husband, Deke Slayton and was given to him by the crew. It was locked in his safe deposit box along with other space memorabilia. This patch is genuine in all respects". Unusual.
