U.S. Washington-Franklin coils and imperfs, 1908-1921, collection balance hinged or in mounts on Scott pages, all unused, including singles and pairs, with catalog values to $575. Condition generally Fine to Very Fine, hinged (some never hinged); only a few are off-center. Obvious fakes and faulty not counted. Note a 1989 PF certificate on a 355 pair (hinged, F.-V.F.). Much value here for the dealer or collector who takes the time to inspect this lot carefully.
