Most of the commemoratives for the period are present including Louisiana Purchase, Jamestown, Panama-Pacific perf 10, also many regular issues beginning in 1923 including 1938 Presidentials complete. Only a few small faults noted, condition is overwhelmingly Fine to Very Fine, mostly hinged; many useful sets and singles here.
