1950-D, D over S. PCGS graded MS-66 CAC Approved. A nice white coin. A popular Red Book variety. The centers and fields are bright silvery oscillating with beautiful fresh-from-the-dies originality. Far from the normal example of this rare issue is the respectable amount of detail throughout with no signs of weakness to Washington or the eagle. The mintmark feature is easily seen with a low-power loupe. One of the great modern rarities in the series. Pop 7; 1 in 67 (PCGS # 5843) .
