Egypt Bronze Harpokrates (Heru-Pa-Khart), circa late Dynastic Period. Harpokrates seated, his forefinger raised to his lips, wearing a nemes-headcloth adorned with the side lock of youth and a uraeus, and surmounted by a hemhem crown. Pleasing dark brown patina. On an inscribed marble base. Excellent condition. Height 7½".
Estimated Value $2,500 - 3,500.

Harpokrates was the child of Horus, the son of Isis and Osiris.
