Crosio, Luigi. Dancing Arabic Women. Black and white etching signed "L. Crosio" in the plate at lower left, 13¾ x 20½ in. Matted and framed to 24 x 30 in. A young man plays a musical instrument whille a young woman dances on a roof-top terrace. Three other women play instruments or watch. Minor scratches to sky; otherwise, fine. A charming picture. Crosio was an Italian artist (1835-1916) who specialized in genre pictures. He painted many romantic 18th century portraits and scenes.
