Swanson, Trevor V. Panda Bear. Oil on canvas. 19½ x 15¼" (sight). Framed to 28 x 24". Signed at lower right. A delightful painting of a panda, readily recognizable from its distinctive black and white coloring, holding a bamboo shoot.

Swanson is a wildlife artist who lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. His paintings have appeared in many prestidgious art shows, museums, and private collections. He won the Peoples Choice Award at the Wildlife and Western Visions show in Florida and his paintings have appeared on the cover of Safari Magazine and have been used for several Stamp Conservation programs in Canada. He was the featured artist at the Anaconda Wildlife Expo 2008 and is featured in the book, "Wildlife Art - 60 Contemporary Masters and Their Work."
