Parseghian, Ara. A gold-color horseshoe and a handwritten letter, circa 2001, on blue, personal memo paper from the legendary coach to Danny Leeds, a young man suffering from a brain tumor (he died in 2002). The note says, "Dear Danny-May the luck of the Irish be with you.--Rub the "Horseshoe" for good luck! Ara Parseghian." Paper has some wrinkling; the horseshoe is in its original box.
