Taylor, Elizabeth (1932-2011) Two-time Oscar winner known for her beauty, her many marriages, and her charitable work for AIDS. 3½ x 6½ inch card signed "Elizabeth Taylor Warner." Miss Taylor was married to John Warner, a Republican senator from Virginia from 1976-82. Included with the signed card is a Nov. 28, 1979 newspaper article from a Providence, Rhode Island newspaper, The Evening Bulletin, which gives the story of Miss Taylor's presence in Providence for an address Senator Warner was giving that evening. It also mentions that "Mrs. Warner" stopped to give an autograph to a young woman. This is that autograph.
