Hepburn, Katharine. Beautiful 13 x 10 inch photograph signed "To Theodore Pitts all good wishes Katharine Hepburn" in the lower right corner. A head and shoulders shot of a youthful Miss Hepburn. The photo has some edge problems: a small tear at the left edge, a nick from the right border, a crease along the upper right margin, a couple of faint spots at lower right, and creasing at the lower right tip. All but one tiny spot could be covered by matting and framing.
