Wiesenthal, Simon (1908-2005) Austrian Jewish Holocaust survivor who became famous after World War II for pursuing Nazi war criminals. Typed Letter Signed on "Dokumentationszentrum des Bundes Jüdischer Verfolgter des Naziregimes" letterhead, one page, 10½ x 8¼ in., Vienna, Jan. 19, 1984. To John Worth, in Virginia, asking for the birth date of a Nazi criminal, Hans Helmut Klotz, which Wiesenthal needs in order to find him. The date "March 15, 1912" is written in pencil at top right and must be the needed birth date. Very Fine. With transmittal envelope.
