Puccini, Giacomo. Musical Quotation Signed on a 3½ x 5½ in. post card, postmarked July 10, 1905, Buenos Aires, Very Fine. Someone wrote out five staffs of music from Puccini’s "Edgar," which Puccini signed. Mailed to Felisa Romula Bedoya in Moron (Argentina). In 1905 Puccini spent six weeks in South America, during which time his revised (and final) version of "Edgar" was premiered. This card is postmarked "Buenos Aires" and dated two days after that premiere.
